Illinois
- Bourbonnais: Let's Get Croppin'. A private home turned retreat center for groups. Cropping tools and equipment available for use; supplies available for sale. Retreat rates include meals, snacks, and beverages.
- Naperville: Scrap Haven. Weekend retreats held at a local hotel; open for individual registration. Includes access to tools, welcome bag, demos, and some meals.
- Naperville: A Passion for Scrappin. Weekend retreat events open for individual registration. Held in a local hotel; includes breakfast and lunch, raffles, use of equipment and tools.
- Orangeville: Memory Lane Crafting Retreat. Farmhouse converted to a center for weekend group retreats. Includes fully equipped kitchen and workroom that overlooks a pond in a country setting. Maximum 9 guests.
Indiana
- Kokomo: Cherished Moments Craft Hideaway. Historic country home for group retreats. Includes all meals, large craft room, fireplace, use of scrapbooking equipment, and wireless Internet. Maximum 12 guests.
- Michigan City: Scrapping Fun, Under the Sun. Cottage converted to a small group retreat center. Located in Beachwalk Resort. Large workroom with equipment and tools available for use. Full kitchen, WiFi, walk to Lake Michigan. Maximum 12 guests.
- Middlebury: McKenzie House B&B. Bed-and-breakfast with workroom for group retreats. Located in Amish country; swimming pool, hot tub, library on site.
- Nappanee: Victorian Guest House. Historic bed and breakfast in Amish country available for group retreats. Quilt shop located in the building. Minimum 6/maximum 12 guests.
Iowa
- Guttenberg: Sew Many Memories Retreat Center. Group retreat center in a restored historic hotel. Home-cooked meals, workroom with WiFi, resource library and on-site supply store. Maximum 8 guests.
- Van Meter: Craft Cottage. A private home converted to a full retreat center in a small town atmosphere. Work area includes wireless Internet access, cutting equipment, and full kitchen. Group retreats for up to 8 people.
Kansas
- Lawrence and Topeka: Diva Designs Crops. Weekend retreats open for individual registration at local hotels. On-site vendors, equipment stations, prizes and contests, frequent cropper reward program.
- McPherson: Maple Memories. A 1905 House with a kitchen to prepare your own meals, dining room, exercise/massage room and several work spaces. Also offers a message boards for individuals and groups to connect. One block from historic downtown. Maximum 12 guests.
Michigan
- Farwell: Elm Creek Lodge. Log home style retreat center, located on a creek and with a view of woodlands and a lake. Full kitchen, workroom, and near a fabric/craft store. Minimum 4, maximum 10 guests.
- Harbor Springs: Trout Creek. Weekend scrapbooking retreat events in a condominium resort. Many nature and recreation activities on site and nearby.
Minnesota
- Becker: Cameorose Country Retreat. A private home turned retreat center, set on 55 acres with a dedicated craft room and scrapbooking equipment, gardens, an outdoor pool, fireplace, game room, and full kitchen. Maximum 8-12 guests.
- Blue Earth: Countryside Cottage. Private home converted to a group retreat center in a rural setting. Full kitchen; WiFi; equipment and tools available for use; hot tub. Maximum 9 guests.
- Cloquet: Gingerbread House Craft Retreat. Farmhouse converted to a group retreat center. Workroom includes two design boards & scrapbooking equipment. Full kitchen; near quilt and antique shops. Maximum 8 guests.
- Garfield: Friends Forever Retreat. Reserve for your group or attend a hosted retreat in this log cabin style home. Craft room with scrapping tools and WiFi for computer access. Maximum 12 guests.

- Chesterfield: Just Croppin. Weekend events at a local hotel. Includes 24-hour workroom, demos, vendors, and prizes.
- Springfield: Top That! Scrapbook Retreats. Weekend event at a local resort. Features on-site store, 24-hour cropping room, classes, equipment usage, contests and games, and chocolate socials.
- St. Louis area: Creative Rendezvous Crafting Retreat. Weekend retreats at a local hotel; open for individual registration. Includes some meals and refreshments; use at machines and tools; classes, vendors, demos.
Nebraska
- Fremont: Calvin Crest Camp, Conference and Retreat Center. A large, Christian-oriented center with a variety of facilities for groups up to 300. Includes meals in a full-service dining hall and many recreation opportunities on the center's 250 acres overlooking the Platte River.
- Maxwell: Maranatha Scrapbooking Weekend. Weekend retreat events, open for individual registration, held at Maranatha Bible Camp. Motel-style or dorm-style housing; meals included. Access to tools and on-site vendors.

Wisconsin
- Amery: Twin Maples Retreat. Private home converted to a center for small-group retreats. Includes a work studio with equipment use, fully equipped kitchen, Internet access, indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Minimum 4, maximum 8 guests.
- Augusta: Bridge Creek Cottage. Homestyle retreat center for large groups. Full kitchen or catering available; large craft room with WiFi; decks and living room spaces. In Amish country with nearby shops. Maximum 20 guests.
- Colfax: Meadow Ridge Cottages. Two newly constructed cottages for small group retreats with large craft room with WiFi, full kitchen, and laundry. Catering available; quilting and crafting stores nearby. Minimum 6, maximum 12 guests.
- DeSoto: A Place to Sew. Two group retreat houses with Mississippi River views from large porches. Also available for stitching and scrapbooking groups. Near quilt and crafts stores in Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota.
- Elkhorn: Ye Olde Manor House. B&B available for small retreat groups. All bedrooms include a private bath and full breakfast. The home also has an indoor heated pool space for goup gatherings.
- Fontana: Heritage House. Apartment-style accommodations with the workroom for group retreats. Each apartment has its own kitchen, living room, fireplace, deck. Maximum 18 guests.
- Fountain City: HNL Farms. Two retreat houses on a large farm for retreats by quilting and scrapbooking groups. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking your own meals; WiFi and 24-hour work rooms. Maximum 18 guests.
- Lake Geneva: Weekends Away Retreats. Weekend retreat events at a lakeside hotel. includes supply shop and prizes.
- Mount Horeb: Magnolia Ridge Hideaway. Private residence converted to a retreat center in a country setting. Large workroom, great room, and kitchen. Minimum 6/maximum 24 guests.
- Reedsburg: A Great Place to Be. Large Victorian home renovated as a small-group retreat center. Kitchen, laundry, sitting room and wraparound porch. Restaurants and shops. Minimum 3, maximum 10 guests.
- St. Germain: Estrold Resort. Northwoods-style lodging and vacation cottages on the lakeshore. Suited for small group that can share a single cottage; with fireplace and complete kitchen.
- Verona: Two Chatelaines Farm. Farmhouse on a working farm that has been converted to a group retreat center. Walking trails on the property; work room, laundry, and kitchen for light cooking. Maximum 8 guests.
Retreat Policy/Terms
Retreat Registration
Please register at least 30 days prior to an event. We do except reservations up to the date of the event however, we can not guarantee hotel room rates or availability and we can not guarantee retreat availability. If registering within two weeks prior to an event, please call or email to check on availability prior to registeration.
Payment
Payment can be made in full or a $35.00 non-refundable deposit must be made at time of registeration. Balance must be paid 30 days prior to the event. PayPal is the preferred method of payment however, we can accept personal checks. Checks must be made out in full and must be received no later than 30 days prior to the retreat. Please include a note with your payment with your name, address, phone number, email address, email address, address and any special requests, such as who you will be atending with. Please make checks payable to: Cathy Lundahl. There will be a $25 charge for any returned checks.
Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to offer great scrapbooking events at the lowest possible rates. To do this, we must book our retreats to capacity and we count on our registered attendees to be there. Therefore a $35 cancellation fee will apply. We understand that there are unexpected situations that could arise, and the staff at A Passion for Scrappin' Retreats will do their best to try and resolve any issues. If there is a wait list and we are able to place someone in your place, we may waive the cancellation fee. There will be no refunds if cancellations occur within two weeks of the event and the full amount will be charged. There will be no refunds for "no shows". A Passion For Scrappin' Retreats LLP is not responsible for any hotel room fees. If an unforeseen event should occur, that is not in the control of A Passion For Scrappin' Retreats LLP, such as fire, flood, tornado, etc., that prevents the event from taking place, we will reschedule the event.
Hotel Rooms
We have arranged special room rates as a courtesy to our scrappers. Hotel rooms must be reserved and paid directly to the hotel by you. Please identify yourself as a member of, A Passion for Scrappin' Retreats, to receive your special rate. In order to receive the retreat discount, room reservations are to be made at least 30 days in advance.
Equipment Use
The die cutting, eyelet setting, punches, and other scrapbook equipment provided at A Passion For Scrappin' Retreat is for personal use while attending an event. If you are unfamiliar with the equipment, please ask for asistance. Use of any equipment will be at your own risk.
Disclaimers
I understand that the scrapbook equipment (including die cutting machine, dies, punches, eyelet setting equipment, and other equipment at the event, may cause injury if not used correctly and carefully. I agree and hold harmless, A Passion For Scrappin" Retreats LLP, it's owners, partners and employees, for any injuries sustained as a result from the use of the equipment which has been provided for my use during the event.
